Video: Highlights from Yokkao 7

Yokkao returned with it’s seventh installment earlier this month from the Pattaya World Boxing Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand.

The event was promoted by Stefania Picelli, CEO of Muay Thai Combat.

Yokkao 7 had all trimmings to be an all-out action packed card from the get-go. And by the looks of it, the show did not disappoint.

In the main event of the evening, living Muay Thai legend Saenchai PK SaenchaiMuayThaiGym would rematch with Australia’s Victor Nagbe for a second time in their career. The crowd-pleasing Saenchai got back in the win column, following a loss to Petboonchu Borplaboonchu earlier on in the month at the Lumpinee Stadiums farewell show.

The co-main of the evening saw 18-year-old Suedam Kuanjai return, as he squared off with Uzbekistan and Muay Thai veteran Naimjon Tuhktoboev in a much anticipated match-up between the two. Judging by the highlights it looked to have been thrilling back and forth battle, with Suedam winning the contest on Points.

Pattaya World Boxing Stadium played host to the likes of Apidej Sitsongpeenong, Ekapop Sor Klinmee, Imwiset Pornnarai, Lommanee Sor Hirunand and Silapeth Sor Suradet. As well as the Thai fighters, Yokkao also featured a number of Farang (non-Thai) fighters including Samuel Andoche, Geoffrey Riviere, Gery Bavetta, Umar Semata and Sylvie Von Duuglas-ittu.
