Revolution 2: Hong Man Choi Returns to MMA Competition

The Revolution returns after over 16 months since the first event.  Start of the Revolution takes place in the Seoul, South Korea on Friday, September 12th.  The event begins at 7pm local time (6am EDT) and is being broadcast on SBS in South Korea.  Hong Man Choi returns to MMA after a 5 year absence following brain sugery.  The former K-1 and Dream fighter makes his return against DEEP veteran Carlos Toyota.  Hong Man Choi looks to have lost significant weight coming into this fight, 120kg at weigh-ins.

The “Beautiful Fighter”, Su Jeong Lim, makes her MMA debut against fellow MMAdebutant, Raika Emiko.  Raika Emiko is the former WIBA Women’s Featherweight, Lightweight and Light Welterweight Champion.  She brings a 25-8-1 boxing record (10 Knockouts) into her MMA debut with Lim.  Su-Jeong brings an extensive Muay Thai and Kickboxing record into her MMA debut, winning titles in South Korea and Thailand.
