Chiang Mai FC 5: Twister Submission Highlights

The mixed rules Chiang Mai FC card played host to a mix of muay thai and mixed martial arts. In the five mixed martial arts bouts, a twister submission win from heavyweight Brandon Kesler highlighted the card full of finishes. On the top of the bill, the main event featured Team Quest Thailand’s Dylan Fussell defeating Ronnachai Chaiyasit with strikes in the first round. Fussell picked up the fourth win in his pro MMA career.

“The Lanna Warrior” Tanaphong Khunhankaew of Team Quest Thailand was able to stop Wanchana Chernsang in the first round when he took his opponent’s back and locked in the rear naked choke submission. The Featherweight took the fight at 70kg, winning his second fight since dropping his ONE FC debut in October. American and Washington state native Brandon Kesler was able to finish Tinnakron Sirikul for the second time in his MMA career, this time with a twister submission in the first round.
